It began as a church youth group's bus in Oklahoma, and in 4 short months underwent a total transformation into the ultimate tailgate party machine. This full-sized Thomas International had it's seats yanked out, it's roof raised, and one side turned into a drop-down party deck. But that's not all! There's also a built-in palapa bar, futon bed, bathroom, and a rooftop partio!
The creativity and ingenuity of some legendary tailgaters (including The Indy Brew Crew, The Bad Boys of BBQ, Bob "da Bus Doctor" Bromberek, James "Chops" Harris, and Crew Chief Pat "Big Grin" Murphy) contributed to this being perhaps the most unique tailgating vehicle in the country.
In addition to serving as "party central" for all of Jay's tailgates, The Mullet (which was named by Chicago Bears superfan Lorenzo "Grizzly" Amaro) is also a rolling exhibit of Jay's extensive collection of tailgating memorabilia, donated by fans from coast to coast.
It's been featured on all the major television networks, including Food Network's Tailgate Warriors with Guy Fieri!
If you're ever lucky enough to spot The Mullet out on the road, or in the lot, please stop by and have a look!
